Success in law is often the dispute that was avoided.
A case can be won; but a case that never needed to be filed is usually the better outcome for the client.
For that reason the firm examines not only the dispute itself but the structure that produced it. How contracts were formed, how records were kept and how decisions were made will often determine the outcome of a matter long before it reaches a court.
The assessment given to a client covers the risks, timeframes and costs as well as the favourable possibilities. Creating an unrealistic expectation undermines the representation itself.

Legal assessment
Characterisation of the facts, the applicable legislation, the available evidence and the likely arguments of the opposing party. Risks and probabilities are stated openly.
Roadmap and agreement
The proposed strategy, estimated duration and cost items are shared with the client. The engagement is established only once the client approves that framework.
Conduct and reporting
Conduct of the litigation, enforcement or negotiation. Hearings, service of documents and time limits are monitored, and every significant development is reported to the client promptly.

Founding Attorney
Orhan Ata Poroy completed his law degree at Bilgi University and is the founding attorney of Poroy Law Firm. He provides comprehensive legal advisory and representation services to individuals and companies operating in Türkiye at every stage of their activities.
His practice spans commercial and corporate law, enforcement and insolvency, consumer, employment, real estate and tenancy, criminal, administrative, family and inheritance law. He advises and represents clients in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, managing companies' legal processes, assessing commercial risks and resolving disputes, offering strategic, results-oriented support throughout litigation.
